Effective date: October 6, 2026. These terms describe the use of ToolMany and its browser tools. Read them together with our Privacy Policy before using a tool. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptable Use
Use the website and tools only for lawful purposes and only with files and information you are authorized to process. Do not use the service to violate another person's privacy or intellectual property, impersonate someone, create fraudulent records, evade access controls, distribute malware, interfere with the site, or attempt to disrupt its availability. You are responsible for checking whether your intended use is permitted by the relevant law, platform, employer, school, or recipient.
2. Browser and Device Requirements
Browser tools depend on a compatible browser, available memory, storage, network access, and device performance. Some features also load libraries, fonts, or other resources from third-party providers. Large files or high-resolution operations may be slow or fail on a particular device. Save your source files and backups independently; do not rely on a browser tab as the only copy of important work.
3. Service and Output Limitations

No tool guarantees that an output will meet a portal's, employer's, regulator's, printer's, or other recipient's requirements. Review the downloaded result and keep the original before relying on it. You retain whatever rights you have in content you provide. You are responsible for obtaining permissions needed to use that content. ToolMany does not claim ownership of your source files or the content you create, but the output may include or depend on third-party material, software, or licenses. This clause does not grant rights to content you do not own or control. ToolMany's website, software, branding, and documentation remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ToolMany is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, inability to use a feature, or reliance on an unverified output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. Keep backups of important source files and verify outputs before submitting or distributing them.
Privacy and Optional Services
File processing, local browser storage, external resource loading, and optional analytics or advertising are described in the Privacy Policy. Your consent choice controls whether optional Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Meta Pixel scripts are loaded in this browser. Some tools also request external libraries or fonts. Review the relevant tool page before using sensitive content.
Changes and Availability
ToolMany may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue a tool or feature. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, network failures, or third-party service interruptions. Tool interfaces, supported formats, and these terms may change; the effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after a material update means you have had the opportunity to review the revised terms.
